1. General Terms

1.1 Thank you for choosing the vits.tv website - a catalog of live TV broadcasts, radio broadcasts and webcam broadcasts.

1.2 By registering or otherwise using the Vits.tv Service or accessing any content or material ("Content", "User Content") that becomes available through the Service, you ("user(s)", "subscriber(s)," visitor(s) ") enter into a binding agreement with vits.tv.

1.3 These Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy together constitute the entire Agreement ("Agreement"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreement, accept its terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Agreement, you may not use Vits.tv or consume any Content.

1.4 Vits.tv may modify the Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Agreement on the website. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of such modifications, and your continued access or use of the Vits.tv Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be considered as violating the law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and the Site services.

2.2. Use of the Site materials without the consent of the copyright holders is not permitted. For the lawful use of the Site materials, it is necessary to conclude license agreements (obtain licenses) from the Copyright Holders.

2.3. When citing Site materials, including protected copyright works, a link to the Site is required.

2.7. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be held liable in any way and shall have no obligations in connection with such advertising.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement may be understood as establishing between the User and the Site Administration agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

3.3. Recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to compulsory execution does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in the event of a violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and protect the copyright to the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the law.

The User confirms that he/she has read all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
